Ympäristö- ja budjettiystävällinen resepti: Vegaaninen nistipata
Opiskelijoiden ja muidenkin varattomien huithapelien reseptikirjojen ikivihreisiin lukeutuu tietysti myös surullisen kuuluisa nistipata (ransk. ragoût du drogué). Pitkälti makaronista ja jauhelihasta koostuva ateria ei kuitenkaan täytä nuoren sukupolven ekologisia kriteereitä, joten tämänkin klassikon on mukauduttava muuttuvan maailman tarpeisiin. Lääketieteen opiskelijoiden hiilijalanjälkeä silmällä pitäen on Q-kautisen toimitus kokenut velvollisuudekseen tarjota nistipadalle vegaanisen vaihtoehdon!
Ainekset (2 annosta)
– 2 dl soijarouhetta
– 2 dl makaronia
– 1 tl suolaa
– (Ketsuppia)
Ohje:
Myös nistipadan vegaanisen vaihtoehdon valmistuksessa on tärkeää pitää keittiö sotkuisena ja epähygieenisenä autenttisuuden takaamiseksi. Onneksi entropian lait ovat sovellettavissa myös keittiön siisteyteen, joten tämä esivalmisteluvaihe on varsin passiivinen ja etenkin kimppakämpässä asuville se tuottaa harvoin ongelmia.
Itse aterian valmistus aloitetaan keittämällä kypsäksi 2 dl makaronia suolalla maustetussa vedessä. Makaronin kypsyessä keitetään toisessa kattilassa 2 dl vettä, johon lisätään 2 dl soijarouhetta. Makaronikattilasta kaadetaan ylimääräinen vesi pois ja kattiloiden sisällöt sekoitetaan.
Näiden vaiheiden jälkeen vegaaninen nistipata on valmis annosteltavaksi. Toimitus suosittelee nauttimaan aterian säilykerasiasta lattialla ruokaillen ja ruokajuomana vettä nauttien.
Kulinaristit lisäävät päivälliseensä mukaan myös ketsuppia ja lähipizzerissa asioinnin yhteydessä taskuun unohtunutta tabascoa.
